Dr. Raymond Ken Itagaki, 74, of Honolulu, a cardiologist for Straub Clinic & Hospital and an Air Force veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Connie N., son Michael W., daughter Caprice R., brothers Lloyd and Brian, and two grandchildren. Private services.
