81Francis William Phillips, 78, of Ewa Beach died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Chicago. He is survived by wife Patricia S.; sons Frank and Thomas; daughters Cathy Stocki and Kathy Bautista; brothers Don and Len; sisters Fran Malanowski, Penny Ostrander, Bonnie Talley, Connie Shafter and Candy Villapiano; and three grandchildren.
