Joseph Michael Quinn, 78, of Kaneohe, an insurance claims officer and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Rhode Island. He is survived by wife Elizabeth Anne, son Michael, daughter Caroline, brothers Robert H. and Donald P., sister Barbara Ann and five grandchildren.
