RAYMOND KEN ITAGAKI, M.D. Raymond Ken Itagaki, M.D., 74, of Honolulu died on July 4, 2016 at Straub Clinic and Hospital. An Air Force captain and decorated Vietnam veteran, he became a physician and practiced cardiology in Honolulu for 36 years. He is survived by wife Constance, son Michael, daughter Caprice, brothers Lloyd and Brian, and grandsons Quinn and Spencer. Private burial. Celebration of Life for family, friends and colleagues at Waialae Country Club, July 12, 2016, 5:30-8 PM. Donations in honor of Dr. Raymond Itagaki to John A.
