71Charlie Lepuni Fiatoa, 66, of Laie, a retired lieutenant and corrections officer with the state Department of Public Safety, died in Kahuku Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Liva J.; sons Kaipo and Pono; daughters Naomi Fiatoa-Holani, Jennifer Harbick, and Lehua and Kawehi Fiatoa; sister Gardenia; and 16 grandchildren.
