82Douglas Ah Sui Kauakaukauaikaumauma Makaiwi, 68, of Raymond, Wash., a teacher, head football coach and wrestling coach in Raymond, died in Raymond. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Marvine T.; sons Kalin Makaiwi and Aber Enaena; daughters Kaelea Makaiwi, Kabria Amecher and Karissa Hodel; brother Elwood K.; sister Elonian K. Cluck, Patlamon K.M. Kahawai and Ursua H. Makaiwi; and numerous grandchildren. Services: 8 a.m. July 12 across the street from Honolulu Zoo. Scattering of ashes to follow on the beach by Duke's in Waikiki. Aloha attire.
