73Elmer F. Cravalho, 90, of Kula, Maui, the first Maui mayor, co-founder of the Kula Community Federal Credit Union, and chairman of the Maui Board of Water Supply, died in Roselani Place. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by companion and caregiver Rae Landes-Mizukami, and sister Theresa C. Browning. Private services.
