74Jerome Kansuke Punohu "Junior" Nakachi Jr., 49, of Kaneohe, a retired adult corrections officer, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Maria K., son Noah P., father Jerome N. Sr., mother Marie Sampaio-Nakachi, sister Kitty Quiton, and half-brother James "Butch" Generalao.
