79Theodore Rudolph Kaliko'okala "The blue-eyed Kanaka" Stancil, 81, of Kailua, a MidWeek distribution manager, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Guy, Mark, Scott, Michael and Michael Kapono; daughters Charmaine Lime, Tammy Stancil and Danielle Flavin; brother Douglas; sister Kathy Akau; 17 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
