Victor Hu Sing Ing, 75, of Kailua, a calibration engineer and Air Force veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Dorene; son Davin K.; daughters Desiree Lagasa and Didrienne Okada; sisters Patricia Lee, Brenda Iwami and Linda Lovewell; and seven grandchildren.
