78George Hiroshi "Hiro" Miyashiro, 82, of Honolulu, a retired mason, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Naha-Shi, Japan. He is survived by son Curtis; daughters Darlene Nakashima, Lori Joseph and Ivy Root; sister Joann Nuibe; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. July 15 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
