75Janet Leigh Helm, 64, of Honolulu, an administrative support supervisor for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Inc., died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by brother Lawrence and sister Lois. Gathering: 6:30 a.m. July 16 at the dock by Kualoa Ranch. Guests will be escorted to a nearby island at 6:45 a.m. for services at 7 a.m., with boarding of catamaran and scattering of ashes at 7:30 a.m.; will return to dock by 9:30 a.m. Aloha attire. Loose flowers for scattering welcome. Donations suggested to the Hawaiian Humane Society.
