78Kam Sang Ho, 88, of Honolulu, retired owner and cook of Laie Chop Suey, died in Honolulu. He was born in Canton, China. He is survived by wife Yau Hang; sons Ching Hsiung, Michael, Richard and Dennis; daughter Mary; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
