73Lorraine Ortiz, 81, of Reno, Nev., formerly of Makakilo, a retiree from the state Department of Education, died in Reno. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Richard D. Sr.; sons Richard D. "Rocky" Jr., Steven, Johnny and Robin; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. July 16 at St. Jude Catholic Church, Kapolei. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
