80Yvonne A. Perez, 76, of Waianae, a retiree from the state Department of Human Services, died in Waianae. She was born in California. She is survived by sons Robert Baslee and Marco Coverlissa, daughter Raelean Banas, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. July 16 at Paradise Chapel, 87-125 Maipalaoa Road, Waianae.
