83Frederico Billimon, 62, of Ocean View, Hawaii, a self-employed carpenter, died at home. He was born in Micronesia. He is survived by wife Angelica Roman; sons Fedrick, Nich, V-7, V-8 and Eppa Billy; daughters Makepa and Viensa Billy; brothers Akira Nef and Dasio Rokuro; and sisters Mikonasa Rufes, Anita Daro and Julie and Sitasia Sitan. Visitation: 5 p.m. July 16 at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 7 p.m. Committal services and burial: 10 a.m. July 18 at Alae Cemetery. Casual attire.
