JAMES KIMO RAY 69 of Waipahu, passed on July 9, 2016. Retired from Hawaiian Cement Company as a Mixer Driver, U.S. Army Veteran. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He is survived by his wife, Rachel; daughter, Rebecca Abraham (William); son, Cagen; five grandchildren; brother, George Santiago; sister, Lorena Santiago. Services will be held Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; 11 AM service; visitation 10 AM. He will be placed at the National Cemetery of the Pacific privately.
