Charles Naohiko Seiji, 76, of Aiea, a retired Air Force master sergeant, died in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Tomoko; son Douglass; daughters Elizabeth Seiji, Charlotte Frey, Annette Yonemitsu and Diane Seiji; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services and burial: 11:30 a.m. July 20 at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
