Jack B. "Kona Jack" Mulkey, 89, of Keauhou, Hawaii, a Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club maintenance helper, retired General Telephone Co. right-of-way agent and a Navy veteran who served in World War II, died at home. He was born in Santa Monica, Calif. He is survived by son Michael, daughter Terry Hankenson and four grandchildren.
