MALCOLM Q. S. LEE Age 64, of Haleiwa, HI, passed away June 25, 2016 in Haleiwa. Born September 5, 1951 in Honolulu, HI. He was a retired dairy farmer from the Mountain View Dairy. He is survived by wife, Paula; 4 sons; brother, Medford Lee; sister, Loriane Kamealoha; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grand- child. Visitation 9:30 a.m., Wednesday (July 20) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Memorial service 10:30 a.m.
