74Chaz Keola Yuichiro Tokunaga, 29, of Kihei, Maui, died on Oahu. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by parents Curt Tokunaga and Irene Zilisch; sisters Kailey- Jean and Maci-Ann Tokunaga, and Tara Bow; and grandparents Dale Souza and Sarajean Tokunaga.
