Donald W.C. Won, 95, of Honolulu, a state Department of Budget and Finance retiree and an Army retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Johanna, son Joseph, brothers William and Wilfred, and sisters Elaine Hemstreet and Blanche Jung. Visitation: 10 a.m. July 23 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Aloha attire. In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations suggested to your favorite charity.
