Harutoku Kimura, also known as "Hot Dog" and "Kim," 86, of Volcano, Hawaii, a retired Army first sergeant who served in the Korean and Vietnam wars, and recipient of a Bronze Star medal and a Purple Heart, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Pohakea, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Robert and Sheldon, daughters Joyce Osborn and Jasmine Kimura, hanai son Paul Lee, and two grandchildren. No services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
