72The Rev. Toshioki "Daniel" Kageyama, 83, of Honolulu, a retired pastor formerly at Kalihi Union Church, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture, Japan. He is survived by son Nobuyoshi K., daughter Junko K. Agena and three grandchildren. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. July 22 at Kalihi Union Church. Service: 5:30 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
