72Jime Marcelino "Flor" Dugay, 92, of Aiea died in Aiea. He was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Josefina C.; sons Felix and Dominick; daughters Celedonia Vallesteros, Estrella Ruiz, Mena Bangcayao and Dominga Mogote; brothers Alejandro and Ricardo Dugay; sister Elena Dugay; 28 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. July 23 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, 20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu. Services: 9:30 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Valley of the Temples, Kaneohe. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
