John Ramel Siador, 83, of Honolulu, a groundskeeper for the city Department of Parks and Recreation and a Hawaii National Guard veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Pulani Rezentes, brother Abraham and sister Christina Lacara. Visitation: 9 a.m. July 23 at Diamond Head Mortuary.
