75Lily Yuriko Toguchi Ratliff, 78, of Aiea died in Honolulu. She was born in Lahaina. She is survived by husband John; daughter Frances; stepson Charlie; stepdaughter Patsy; brothers Yukio, Soyei, Hideo, Seikichi and Tetsu; sisters Nancy and Jean; and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. July 24 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. July 25 at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
