72Joyce Michie Kulbe, 73, of Kailua-Kona, a laundry supervisor at a care home and Motel 6 manager on the mainland, died at home. She was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. She is survived by son Royden Silva, daughters Annette Alcos and Francine Aquino, mother Satsuko Matsuoka, brothers Stanley and Chad Matsuoka, sisters Adele Matsuoka and Janet O'Callahan, 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Private celebration of life.
