Dominador Saguiped Gallano, 81, of Waipahu, a Navy veteran who served in the Vietnam War and a Bronze Star recipient, died in Honolulu. He was born in Balayang, Victoria, Tarlac, Philippines. He is survived by wife Francisca G., sons Edgar and Edwin, daughters Eleanor Cullen and Evangeline Casinas, brother Apolinario, sisters Terisita Rigor and Paula Ganotici, and nine grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. July 27 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. July 28 at the chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
