SHIGERU SHIG SHIGE UEHARA Age 82, of Aiea, passed away on July 9, 2016. He retired from the State Department of Transportation as a Highway Inspector. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by his wife, Lillian (Aotaki); daughters, Lindee Higashionna (Conrad), Carrie Shibata (Keith), Michele Kaneshiro (Gareth); grandchilderen, Cody, Kelsie, Alyssa, Ty, Ryan and Carlie; brother, Minoru Uehara; sisters Elaine Yakabu, Sumiko Kim and Tsuyako Yamamoto. Services will be held Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; 11AM service, Visitation 10AM. Casual attire, no flowers.
