Vincent Warner Roach, 50, of Ewa Beach, a manager for General Dynamics, LVCG Branch at MTC HI and a retired Army major, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in East Liverpool, Ohio. He is survived by wife Vanessa C., sons Vincent W. Jr. and Sean M., mother Lillian, brother Patrick and sister Dawn Hammod. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. July 29 at Valley of the Temples.
