81Aiko Arakawa, 93, of Kailua, a retired clerk for the Army Corps of Engineers, died in Aloha Nursing & Rehab Centre. She was born in Honomu, South Hilo, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Hideo, son Clyde S., sister Itsuko Tokumaru and a grandchild. Private services.
