He is survived by spouse Lovely; sons Vernon Jr., Kellii, Ethan and Tevin; daughters Raelana Reiger and Wailana Ulukita; parents Eleanor and Vernon; brothers Richard Reiger and Scott Namuo; and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. July 30 at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
