George S. Kamiya, 88, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, died. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Jean, son Wesley, daughters Gaylette Okamoto and Noreen Kamiya, sister Sally Hite Larson, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 4 p.m. Aug. 1 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
