Felipe Batara "Ipe" Salviejo, 90, of Waipahu, a retired Hilo Lagoon Hotel, Arcadia Retirement Residence and Spencecliff Waikiki Restaurant maintenance technician, and former municipal councilman and policeman in Badoc, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Badoc. He is survived by wife Susana "Saning," sons Quirino "Query" and Armando "Larry," daughters Emelita "Eme" Faeldonea and Arleen Ramos, sister Ludivina Bermudez and nine grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Aug. 1 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 10 a.m. Aug. 2 at St. Joseph Church, Waipahu.
