73Marian Winters Wilkins, 81, of Kailua-Kona, a lobbyist for the League of Women Voters, environmentalist, teacher and homemaker, died at home. She was born in Rainer, Ore. She is survived by husband George A., son George D., daughters Teri Leicher and Michele Wilkins, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
