79Wilby George Austen, 89, of Hilo, a school bus driver at Laupahoehoe Transportation and foster grandparent at Keaukaha and Ha'aheo elementary schools, died in a private care home in Hilo. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by numerous nephews and nieces. Privates services.
