Howard Mitsuto Inoue, 85, of Kaneohe, a retired chief warrant officer and supervisory contract specialist for the Hawaii Army National Guard and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died at home. He was born in Mountain View, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Yaeko "Nancy," son Dan, daughters Robyn Watanabe and Corrie Koerner, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Aug. 5 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services at 6 p.m.
