78Bille Mae O'Neil, 94, of Kailua-Kona, a homemaker, died in Nakamaru Hale, Hospice of Kona. She was born in Little Rock, Ark. She is survived by daughters Judith Gardner and Billie K. Shea, sister Bobbie Talbot, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
