74Norma Licoan, 67, of Waikoloa and Ookala, Hawaii, a retired clerk for Hawaii County (Highway Division), died in Kohala Hospital. She was born in Ookala. She is survived by mother Pacita P.; brothers Reynaldo, Rogelio, Anthony, Virgelio and Alvin; and sister Amelia Haslam. Private services.
