73Elizabeth Noni "Ebe" Salis, 91, of Kailua, a homemaker, died in Kaneohe. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by son Emanuel "Bully" Duarte, daughters Leimomi Ho and Theresa "Keli'i" Costa, brothers Hans Goo, 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
