Warren Hiroshi Yamamoto, 72, of Mililani, a retired colonel in the Army Reserve and retired director of safety for Hawaiian Airlines, died in Mililani. He was born in Aiea. He is survived by wife Lois, son Jason, daughters Brandy and Sherry, sisters Charlene and Robyn, and a grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Aug. 4 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Aloha attire.
