81Billie Mae O'Neil, 94, of Kailua-Kona, a homemaker, died in Hospice of Kona's Nakamaru Hale. She was born in Texarkana, Ark. She is survived by daughters Judith Gardner and Billie Kathleen Shea, sister Bobbie Talbot, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
