72Jerome Michael Piilani "Uncle Jerry" Kaina Sr., 65, of Waimanalo and Waipahu, a retired bus driver for McKenzie Tours, Hawaii Transportation, Grayline Hawaii and Star of Honolulu, died in the Queen's Medical Center-West. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Sarah; sons Gavin, Jerome "Michael" Jr. and Stanford "Kepa"; daughters Noel and Raeleen "Booboo" Vitale; hanai sons Jonathan, Peter and Derick; brothers David "Bully," Andrew and Albert; sisters Victoria Midado, Sharon Nakatani, Angie Hoopii, Judy Keala and Debra Aspacio; 19 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Aug. 5 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire.
