Mamoru Soga, 84, of Waipahu, an Army veteran and a retired Chuck's Steak House cook, died in Aiea. He was born in Kapoho, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Setsuko, sons Clement and Gary, brother Ryoichi and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Aug. 6 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m.
