Ponciano Timbol "Jun" Luciano, 77, of Kapolei, a retiree from the state Department of Education and a retired Navy veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Kapolei. He was born in Arayat, Pampanga, Philippines. He is survived by wife Teresita Q. "Tessie," son Christopher, daughter Catherine, brother Leonardo, sister Victoria Masiclat and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Aug. 7 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Aug. 8 at St. Jude Catholic Church, Kapolei. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
