Richard Miller Harrison, 77, of Kailua-Kona, a retired director and research scientist at Tulane National Primate Center and associate professor of physiology at Tulane School of Medicine, died at home. He was born in Pineville, Ky. He is survived by wife Judy; sons Brian and Greg; hanai daughter Shari Lindenberg; stepsons Michael, Scott and Ron Brown; sister Marilyn Holland; and four grandchildren.
