78Tsugie Segami, 95, of Mililani died in Honolulu. She was born in Captain Cook, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Mark N. and Phil M.; daughter Rene N. Sanehira; brother Nobuyuki Fukuda; sisters Misae Yasuda, Nora Hayama, Gail Maruyama and Jane Iha; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Aug. 8 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
