Takeyei Onaga, 91, of Pearl City, a retired maintenance mechanic in the state Department of Transportation's Airports Division and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died at home. He was born in Makawao, Maui. He is survived by wife Elaine T., son Norman M., daughters June T. Saruwatari and Carol M. Ono, and five grandchildren. Private services.
