77Grace Yoshiko Kikuyama, 93, of Honolulu, a cook, died in Avalon Care Center. She was born in Hawaii. She is survived by sons Kendall and John; daughters Dixy Kikuyama and Linda Kuailani; brother Tom Koki; sisters Stella Okuma, Jane Matsumoto, Ethel Shima, Millie Dicksion and Sally Gima; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
